Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be made by 3.00pm local time, 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid the penalty of one night's room charge. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for one room night..
Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a guarantee or prepaid deposit. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card or debit card, cash deposit or Ivanhoe Hotel gift voucher
Pet and Guide Dog Policy
Guide dogs only permitted, advance notice must be given.
Age & Dress Code Policy
Each department of the hotel has a dedicated age policy and dress code. Please contact the hotel directly if you require further information.

Cots
We are delighted to provide cots for children up to two years of age with our compliments.
Payment
Payment is requested on arrival for the total accommodation stay. Additional extras can be paid on departure.
Check Out
Check out is between 7.30am and 11.00am Monday – Friday, and 8.30am – 11.00am Saturday and Sunday. We ask that you settle your bill the night before if you are leaving before 7.30am Monday-Friday or 8.30am Saturday and Sunday.
Chip & Pin
Pin verification is required at all times when using a debit or credit card.
Gift Cards and E-Vouchers
Monetary gift cards have no expiry date*. E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. *Please note after 7 years from date of purchase, due to financial handling procedures, all gift card and e-voucher information will be expunged, and the voucher will be invalidated. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services throughout The Ivanhoe Hotel. Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel and the gift voucher number stated at the time of booking.
Monetary vouchers can be used as full or part payment. No change will be given. Vouchers are non-refundable. The Ivanhoe Hotel reserves the right to cancel the gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. The hotel and Net Affinity will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost or stolen. Gift vouchers purchased via the Ivanhoe Hotel website may not be redeemed within 7 days from date of purchase.
